Venturella Resort & Spa

This Boutique style resort is a complete renovation as the existing building was gutted to the structural walls. Deacon Design has been responsible for every aspect of design starting with the Guestrooms. Our goal is to create a guestroom reminiscent of Mediterranean Antiquity. This design has been achieved by meticulously designing custom casegoods and pairing them with textured and embroidered fabrics that add splashes of color.

The design of the Public Area was inspired by the Guestrooms. Our mission is to bring the Mediterranean design to the Public Area with flair. By combining traditional style furniture with contemporary upholsteries, we will create an “Old world” meets the 20th Century design.

Holiday Inn Arena

This property is located in downtown Binghamton, New York. For this renovation we have created a fresh design for the Guestrooms and Public Areas by introducing a contemporary scheme that will replace the traditional style of the existing interiors.

Through Auto CAD drawings, Photoshop renderings and 3D digital models we are able to illustrate the transformation of the existing public spaces into the modern sophisticated design we are envisioning.

With the Guestroom renovation already underway, this project is expected to be completed Winter 2009.

Holiday Inn Sunspree

Located in Orlando, Florida, this extensive three phase renovation will modernize this original Holiday Inn by transforming the existing exterior corridors into contemporary interior corridors.

Phase I will be complete by mid April 2009 and includes 192 Guestrooms and Kid’s Suites. Our design combines whimsical colors with contemporary, tropical elements to create an environment that is pleasing to kids and adults alike.

Scope:

500 Guestrooms consisting of King Leisure rooms, Suites, Kid Suites, and Standard guestrooms.

City Centre

The City Centre is a 70,000 square foot building, located in Palm Coast’s Town Center, which will house office space, retail shops, and restaurants. Deacon Design has been contracted to select the interior finishes for the Common Areas. We have selected materials for the interior that reflect a “sophisticated” Class A office space.

Deacon Design has also been contracted separately to design the 8,000 square foot office of Palm Coast Holdings and the 8,000 square foot law office of Chiumento & Guntharp.
The City Centre will be complete by August 2009.

Bayview Urgent Care

Bayview Urgent Care is located in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. The Clinic will occupy an existing building that is being renovated as a temporary location. With this in mind, our objective is to efficiently design a welcoming Medical facility.

Through the use of warm wood tones, rich paint colors, and colorful fabrics, we’ve created a soothing environment.

The Clinic is scheduled to open in Spring 2009. The permanent facility will be located nearby and is slated for construction in 2011.
